On early Tuesday morning, Waterloo police officers arrested Carolyn A. Schummer, age 34 of 111 North Virginia Street in Waterloo, for Harassment in the second degree, Criminal Mischief in the 4th degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.The charges stem from a domestic incident where it is alleged that Schummer struck another Village of Waterloo resident and damaged their property in the presence of a child under the age of 17.Schummer was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $250 cash/ $500 insured bond bail. Schummer is to return to the Village ofWaterloo Court on August 5th, 2015 at 9:00am.
