On Friday Evening the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Timothy J. Porter, age 29 of Brockport, on a bench warrant issued by the Village of Penn Yan Court.Porter had failed to appear on pending charges of Harassment in the 2nd and Obstruction in the 2nd. Porter was subsequently charged with Bail Jumping in the 3rd for his failure to appear. Porter did turn himself in at the Penn Yan Police Department where he was processed and arraigned in the Village Court. He was remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $1,000 cash $2,000 Bond.Porter is to reappear in Village Court at a later date to answer to the charges.
