On Thursday July 2nd at approximately 11:16 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David L. Brinson, age 52 of 1 Center Street Apartment 1 in Waterloo, following a traffic stop in the Town of Seneca Falls. Brinson was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle while registration was suspended/revoked for insurance not in effect. Brinson was issued a UTT and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 13th at 6:00 pm to answer to the charge. Brinson’s vehicle was towed from the scene.
