On Friday July 3rd at 5:37 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Todd W. Mason, age 43 of 309 Castle Street in Geneva, following a traffic stop on State Route 414 in the Town of Seneca Falls. After stopping the vehicle it was discovered that both the vehicle and Mason’s license were suspended for insurance not in effect. Mason was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, Operating a Motor Vehicle while registration was suspended, and Operating without Insurance. Mason was released with UTTs and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 13th at 6:00 pm to answer for the charges.
