The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Tuesday at 8:03 pm, Sheriff’s Deputies responded to the area of State Route 96 and County Road 130 in the Town of Romulus for the report of a 1 car roll over MVA with injuries.After investigation, Deputies determined that the operator Allen B. McLoud Jr. age 46 of 2862 County Road 139 in Ovid, and only occupant in the vehicle was driving northbound when he lost control of his vehicle and flipped into a corn field.McLoud was found to be intoxicated and also operating on a revoked drivers license.McLoud was transported to Geneva General Hospital for neck pain and lacerations by South Seneca Ambulance and was Later released and charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the 1st degree, Operating a Motor Vehicle Without a Required Ignition Interlock Device, Unsafe Speed, Driving Across Hazardous Markings and Failure to Maintain Designated Lane.McLoud was arraigned in the Town of Romulus court and committed to the custody of the Sheriff in lieu of $4,000 cash bail $8,000 bond.Sheriff’s Deputies were assisted on scene by members of South Seneca Ambulance and fire departments from Ovid and Romulus.
