The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday at 12:24 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Alexander J LaQuitara, age 23 of 1110 Waterloo – Geneva Road in Waterloo, on Gravel Road in the Town of Tyre. LaQuitara was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and DWI with a BAC of .08% or greater and is to appear before the Town of Tyre, Justice Mills on August 11th to answer the charges.
