The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday at 12:24 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Benjamina F. Fox, age 37 of 1848 Auburn Road in Seneca Falls, on Gravel Road in the Town of Tyre following a traffic stop. Deputies report Fox was a passenger in a vehicle and became upset and began striking the windshield of the car he was in, causing damage to the window. Fox was charged with Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree and was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.Fox was ROR’d and is to reappear in the Town of Tyre Court on July 21st at 10 am to answer for the charges.
