On Sunday at approximately 4:16 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Charles I. VonRapacki, age 28 of 2022 Balsley Road, Apt. 127 in Seneca Falls, for Forcible Touching. 
VonRapacki is accused of approaching a female in the Town of Seneca Falls and inappropriately touching her and making inappropriate gestures. VonRapacki was issued on appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on July 16 at 10:00 am to answer to the charge.
