The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Sunday at 2:39 am the Sheriff’s Deputies Arrested 28 year old Wayne D. Vanduyne of 656 Packwood road in Waterloo for DWI. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on State Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo for speeding and an Inadequate Brake Light. Following Further investigation, Deputies determined Vanduyne was intoxicated. Vanduyne was Charged with DWI along with operating a motor vehicle with .08% bac or greater.Vanduyne was released on tickets and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on the 22nd of July at 1:30 pm.
