The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday at 06:00 am the Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Freeling M Brundage, 50 of 17 Church Street in Phelps , on State Route 96 in the Town of Waterloo. Brundage was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with .08% of 1% or more, Speeding, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Brundage was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in the Town of Waterloo Court on July 22nd to answer the charges.
