Leon Clyde Fuller, age 48 and without any permanent address in Penn Yan, was arrested Friday evening by the Penn Yan Police for Disorderly Conduct for the third time in three weeks.A Police Officer observed Fuller in the area of Downtown Penn Yan in an apparent state of intoxication.The Officer attempted to secure a place to stay for Fuller, who is currently homeless. Fuller was denied admittance from several places before he was accepted by a residence on Clinton Street. Fuller then immediately began yelling profanities and attempted to start a physical altercation with a neighboring resident. Fuller was taken into custody and transported to the Police Department for processing. Fuller, who was also arrested for Disorderly Conduct on the 1st of July, was arraigned in the Town of Penn Yan Court and remanded to the Yates County Jail in lieu of $250 cash, $500 Bond. He will reappear in the Village Court at a later date to answer the charges.
