On Monday at approximately 2:37 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Racheal E. Delafranier, age 27 of 25 Peterman Road Apt. C1 in Seneca Falls, for Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The arrest stems from an incident that occurred on June 25, 2015 when Delafranier’s child was found by another Town of Seneca Falls resident in a diaper on the side of the road. Delafranier is accused of leaving her child unsupervised and the child wandered out onto the road. Delafranier was issued an appearance ticket and will appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on July 9 at 10:00 am to answer to the charge.
