On Wednesday afternoon the Penn Yan Police Department responded to 229 Sheppard Street in Penn Yan for a civil complaint. During the course of the investigation, 48 year old Leon C. Fuller was advised repeatedly by officers to stop yelling. After Fuller continued the course of conduct, police charged him with Disorderly Conduct.Fuller was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Village of Penn Yan Court on July 13 at 5 pm.
