On Monday at approximately 3:35 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Christopher S. Cunningham, age 22 of 150 West Village Place Apt 218 in Ithaca. Cunningham was arrested on an active bench warrant that was issued out of The Town of Seneca Falls Court for Failure to Pay Fine. Cunningham was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and remanded to Seneca County Jail in Lieu of $1000 cash or $2000 secured bond. He is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 1st at 9 am to answer the charge.
