On Monday at approximately 1:26 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Benyamina Fox, age 37 of 1848 Auburn Road in Seneca Falls.Fox is accused of stealing merchandise in the amount of $9.49 from Nice and Easy. 
Fox was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on July 9th at 10 am to answer to the charge.
