On Monday at 6:12 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Danielle M. Horner, age 46 of 8341 State Street in Port Byron. Horner was arrested on a Bench Warrant issued by the Seneca Falls Town Court after she failed to appear in court for her original charge of Petit Larceny. Horner was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and ROR’d. She is scheduled to re-appear in court on August 6 at 6:00 pm.
