The Seneca County Sheriff’s office reports that on Friday at approximately 11:50 pm the Seneca County Deputies arrested Tyler J O’Connell, age 19 of 1167 West River Road in Waterloo, on West River Road in the Town of Fayette. Deputies report O’Connell was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for speeding and he was found to be in possession of a baggie of marijuana. He was charged Unlawful Possession of Marijuana and is to appear before the Town of Fayette Court on August 19th to answer the charge.
