The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on Friday around 3:45 am the Sheriffs Deputies arrested Kimberly A. Swan, 54 of 22 Patterson Road in Newark, for Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on State Route 414 in the Town of Fayette around 3:20 am after the vehicle Swan was operating was observed swerving all over the road way. Swan has been charged with Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated with .18% or higher BAC, and Failure to keep right. Swan was arraigned in Fayette Town Court and was released on $2000 cash bail. She is to re-appear in court on the 1st of July at 7:00 pm.
