On 6/27/2015 at 8:30 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Roy E. Fredericksen, age 54, of 2509 Brewer Road, Waterloo, NY on an active Bench Warrant from the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failing to pay fine associated with his DWI arrest in February of 2012. Fredericksen was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000 cash / $2,000 bond. Fredericksen is scheduled to reappear in court on 07/02/2015 at 5:00PM.
