On Tuesday at about 10:35 am, Penn Yan Village Police arrested Alyssa C. Gordon, age 20 of E. Main Street in Penn Yan, and charged her with 4th degree grand larceny.Gordon is accused of stealing merchandise and using unauthorized discounts at her former place of employment causing them a financial loss of $1,240.Gordon was issued an appearance tucket and is scheduled to appear in court later this month.
