On Tuesday the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit Investigators arrested Justin D. Wesolek, age 17 of 4887 Route 96A in Romulus, on charges of Criminal Sale of Marijuana in the Fifth Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an investigation that revealed Wesolek allegedly sold a quantity of marijuana to a sixteen year old child. Wesolek was issued appearance tickets and is to appear in the Varick Town Court on July 22 at 7 pm. The Sheriff’s Office Uniform Road Patrol assisted in the investigation and arrest.
