The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday Deputies arrested John S. Peterson, 65 of 3970 Ramblewood Ct in Melbourne FL, for Driving While Intoxiated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on County Road 129 in Lodi around 1:50 am after Sheriff’s Deputies observed a gray Jeep swerving all over the roadway on State Route 96A in the Town of Lodi. During the investigation, Deputies learned that Peterson was operating the motor vehicle while intoxicated. Peterson is charged with Driving While Intoxicated, failing to submit to a breath test, failure to keep right, failure to maintain designated lane, and insufficient turn signal.Peterson was arraigned at the Romulus Town Court where he was comitted to the Seneca County Jail on $2000 cash bail or $4000 bail bond. He is to re-appear in Lodi Town Court on the July 8th at 10:00 am.
