7 arrested in SF after assault investigation

The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested seven people in connection with an Assault/Disturbance investigation that occurred during the evening hours of May 9th, 2015 on Swaby Street. On Thursday June 18th, 2015 at about 9:30 am police charged Daniel J. Tiaskkun, age 24 of 1820 State Rtoute 318 in Seneca Falls, with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the Third Degree (Felony), 3 counts of Attempted Assault in the Third Degree, Menacing in the Second Degree, Harassment in the Second Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Matthew A. Tiaskkun, age 22 of 174 Pre Emption Road in Bellona, was charged with Assault in the Second Degree (felony), Harassment in the Second Degree and Disorderly Conduct. Both were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and were released after posting bail. On June 16th police charged Dakota S. Bean, age 25 of Waterloo, with 2 counts of Harassment in the Second Degree and Disorderly Conduct. The following were charged with Disorderly Conduct: Christopher Bailey, age 24 of Waterloo; Alexa Hunt, age 24 of Seneca Falls; Brittany Rogers, age 24 of Seneca Falls, and Jill Burnham, age 21 of Rochester. All were released on Appearance Tickets and are to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on July 2nd, 2015.
