On Tuesday June 16, 2015 at 4:07 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Zachary Keefer, age 24 of 12 S. Seneca Street in Waterloo, following a traffic stop on River Road in the Town of Seneca Falls.Keefer was charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle without insurance, operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree, and failed to notify DMV of address change.Keefer is to appear in court on June 29, 2015 at 6:00 pm the answer for the charges. Keefer was issued UTTs and released.
