After further evaluation of the water levels on the lakes within Schuyler County, Cayuta Lake remains closed to motorized vessels due to the water levels. Lamoka and Waneta Lakes, will re-open with a 5 mile per hour speed limit at 6:00 AM Saturday Morning June 20, 2015. Boater’s navigating Seneca Lake should be observant of floating debris.Cayuta Lake will be evaluated daily and will be opened as soon as possible.
