On Monday at 1:04 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael D. Woods, age 56 of 118 N Division Street in Auburn, following a property damage accident on Mynderse Street in Seneca Falls.Police were called to the scene of the accident where a truck backed into a porch. Woods was test driving a vehicle from a local business when the accident occurred. During the investigation, Woods was arrested and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, a Felony & Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a misdemeanor.Woods was processed and released to a third party and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 06/29/2015 at 6:00 pm to answer for the charges.
