Lyons Jr. was arraigned in the Town of Fayette Court before Judge Sapio where he was released and a Stay Away Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the female victim. Lyons Jr. is scheduled to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court before Judge Struzik on July 15, 2015.
