Penn Yan woman charged after throwing lit cigarette

On Monday at approximately 4:05 pm the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Natalie D. Tette, age 32 of 214 Lawrence Street in Penn Yan, for Harassment in the 2nd.It is alleged that during an argument Tette threw a lit cigarette at another individual. Tette was arraigned and released. She is to appear in court June 29 to answer the charges.
