Monday morning at approximately 10:00 am the Penn Yan Police Department as well as the New York State Parole arrested 32 year old Andrew Cranmer, of Hamilton Street in Geneva, after he was seen operating a motor vehicle while his drivers license is revoked.Cranmer was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 2nd Degree and Unlicensed Operation.Cranmer was also charged with violating parole and is being held at the Yates County Jail.
