Three young men from Newark and one teen from Palmyra are facing charges following an initial police investigation into a fight at a local business in Seneca Falls on Friday night. Town Police received a complaint of a fight at a local business and a nearby apartment complex. Information was relayed to officers that some of the suspects involved fled the scene in a vehicle and were armed with weapons, including a baseball bat and a taser.Seneca Falls Police officers, along with the New York State Police, located a vehicle matching the description and conducted a felony traffic stop. Four people were located in the vehicle and matched descriptions given by witnesses as being involved in the fight. Police were given consent to search the vehicle and while conducting the vehicle search, officers recovered a stun gun, Hydrocodone, a narcotic, in an unmarked container, along with marijuana and drug paraphernalia from inside the vehicle.The occupants were arrested and charged with the following: – Christopher L. Clack, age 20 of 713 East Avenue in Newark was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 3rd Degree, Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, and Operating a Motor Vehicle in Violation of Restrictions – Abbie R. Finch, age 18 of 402 W. Jackson Road in Palmyra was charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. – Damien S. Howard, age 21 of 426 W. Union Street in Newark was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. – Shawn D. Rivera-Shuler, age 19 of 510 East Union Street in Newark was charged with Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. Finch, Howard, and Rivera-Shuler were released on appearance tickets to appear in Town Court on 06/29/15 at 6:00 pm to answer the charges. Clack was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and was committed to SCCF on $2,500 Cash/$5,000 Bond. Clack it to reappear in Town Court on 06/11/15 at 9:30 am to answer the charges. Seneca Falls Police were assisted at the scene by the NYSP.
