Disorderly conduct charge for Penn Yan man

On Saturday, Penn Yan police were investigating a complaint at 229 Sheppard Street in the Village of Penn Yan. During the course of the investigation, it is alleged that Leon Fuller, age 48 of Penn Yan, created unreasonable noise and was arrested for disorderly conduct and released on an appearance ticket.Fuller is to appear in Village Court on June 22nd to answer the charge.
