On Thursday at 12:30 pm Seneca County Sheriff Investigators arrested Kevin R. Quinones, age 31 of 87 Montezuma Street in Lyons, for Grand Larceny in the fourth degree. The charge stems from an investigation where Quinones was employed at a Town of Junius Business. During May and June 2015, Quinones stole over $1000 worth of cash and merchandise. Quinones was issued an appearance ticket to re-appear in the Town of Junius Court on July 14 to answer to the charge.
