The Seneca County Sheriffs Office reports that on Friday around 3:39 am Sheriffs Deputies arrested Zacharie M. Cousineau, 22 of 7570 Owasco Road in Auburn, for Driving While Intoxicated. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occurred on State Route 318 in the Town of Tyre around 3:22 am. While conducting a investigation, Sheriffs Deputies learned that Cousineau was operating while his license was suspended in addition to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Cousineau has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Driving While intoxicated with .08% BAC or greater, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, and speeding. Cousineau is to appear in the Town of Tyre Court on the 22nd of July at 6:00 pm.
