On Wednesday June 3rd at 5:14 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Elizabeth A. Prentice, age 34 of 41 Church Street apt E4 in Waterloo, following a traffic stop on State Route 5 & 20 in the Town of Seneca Falls. Prentice was stopped after the vehicle she was operating was following another vehicle too closely. After further investigation, it was discovered that Prentices driving privileges in NYS were suspended. Prentice was charged with Following to closely, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, and operating out of restrictions. Prentice was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash, $2000 bond. She is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court July 2nd at 5:00 pm.
