On Thursday May 28th at approx 4:39 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Kelli L. Fortier, age 49 of 3087 East Bayard Street Extension in Seneca Falls, for Petit Larceny. 
Fortier is accused of stealing a cell phone belonging to a Town of Seneca Falls resident, while at a local business on May 23rd. Fortier was released on an appearance ticket and is scheduled to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 11th at 10:00 am.
