On Thursday June 4th at 4:00 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested John M. Hotchkiss, age 23 of 11 Race Street in Canandaigua, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in the Third Degree, a misdemeanor as well as Circumvent Interlock Device – Operate Without Device, also a misdemeanor. Hotchkiss was arrested following a traffic stop for Expired Registration. Hotchkiss was issued UTTs and released to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court June 29th at 6:00 pm.
