The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports on Friday at 4:00 pm deputies arrested Devin J. Osterhout, age 24 of 34 Bridge Street in Seneca Falls, for Petit Larceny. This incident stems from an investigation of an incident on June 1st where Osterhout was observed on camera stealing items from a Town of Tyre business. Ousterhout was arrested and released on an appearance ticket. Ousterhout is due to appear in the Town of Tyre Court on July 15 at 7:00 pm to answer to the charge.
