The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jordan N. Maddox, age 25 of Gibson Street in Canandaigua, on Friday May 29th at about 11 am. Maddox was charged with two counts each of Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument 3rd and Petit Larceny. It is alleged that Maddox cashed two checks with forged signatures on April 15th and April 16th, 2015 for a total amount of $800. Maddox was released on appearance tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 4th at 5 pm for arraignment.
