On May 28 at approximately 5:51 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Heather M. Farrell, age 39 of 2610 West Brutus Street in Weedsport, for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th Degree. Farrell is accused of stealing merchandise from a Town of Seneca Falls business. Farrell’s’ vehicle was then located and stopped in a parking lot. Upon investigation of the incident, stolen property from the business was recovered, and Farrell was found to be in possession of a small amount of heroin. Farrell was issued appearance tickets and will appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on June 22 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charges. The Seneca Falls Police Department were assisted by the New York State Police and Waterloo Police Department.
