On May 28 at approximately 5:51 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Danielle M. Horner, 46 of 8341 State Street in Port Byron, for Petit Larceny. Horner is accused of stealing merchandise from a town business. 
Horner was issued an appearance ticket for Petit Larceny and will appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on June 22 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charge. The Town of Seneca Falls Police Department were assisted by the New York State Police and the Waterloo Police Department.
