The Seneca County Sheriff’s Reports that on Wednesday May 27th at approximately 2:30 pm Deputies arrested Lisa A. Spagnualo of 30 Waterbury Drive in North Syracuse for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the second degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop made on State Route 96 in the Town of Romulus. Deputies observed Spagnualo driving well below the speed limit , and impeding traffic . Deputies then made a traffic stop to check the well being of the driver, Spagnualo. Spagnualo’s information was run through dispatch and Spagnualo had no license and was suspended and revoked for numerous failure to pay fine charges, failure to answer summons, and previous DWI offenses. Spagnualo was taken into custody and arraigned in the Town of Covert Court where Spagnualo was Released. Spagnualo was also issued a ticket for impeding traffic and is due back in the Town of Romulus Court on Friday May 29th at 10:00 am.
