Dr. Kingsley Kabari joins Harold Weber to talk about his amazing journey from Nigeria to the United States and how he worked to become a get through school before settling in Seneca Falls and establishing his career in upstate New York. Kingsley has a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology and is certified through the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) as a Personal Trainer. He is Kinesio taping certified (CKTP) and a candidate for Doctor of Chiropractic Care Program at NYCC. He has experience working in health and fitness including working as a personal trainer, fitness instructor, fitness coach, rehabilitation, intern as a cardiac rehabilitation specialist, motivational speaker, TA and tutored many classes at Plymouth State University. Kingsley specializes in working with athletes, the general fitness population, and also those with special limitations and health conditions.
