Sodus pair arrested on burglary charges

On Wednesday May 27th at about 4:20 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Jessica R. Foulkrod, age 23 of 17 Smith Street in Sodus, and Andrew L. Kappesser, age 23 of no address for criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree. Both Foulkrod and Kappesser are accused of possessing property that was reported stolen to Seneca Falls Police on May 26. Town Police discovered Foulkrod and Kappesser to be in possession of the stolen property after police were called to a local establishment for a disturbance involving the two. Both were arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court. Kappesser was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 bond. Foulkrod was released upon her own recognizance. Both are to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on June 4 at 5:00 pm to further answer the charges.
