For the Ithaca Festival Parade 5 pm to 8 pm Thursday, May 28, Cayuga Street, between Lincoln Street and Buffalo Street, will be closed: – Route 13 bus stops on Cayuga St., between Tompkins St. and Lincoln St., will be relocated to Lincoln @ Cayuga St. when traveling in both directions.- Route 17 bus stops on Cayuga St., between Cascadilla St. and Lincoln St., will be relocated to Dey St. @t Hancock St. or Dey St. @ Lincoln St.Passengers are advised to expect delays for both Routes 13 and 31 during the parade.For Ithaca Festival events Fri. May 29 through Sunday, May 31, Cayuga St., between Seneca St. and Court St., will be closed:- Route 13 and 17 bus stops will be relocated to Albany St. intersections when traveling in both directions.- Route 17 bus stops on Cayuga St., between Cascadilla St. and Lincoln St., will be relocated to Dey St. @ Hancock St. or Dey St. @ Lincoln St. when traveling outbound from the Ithaca Commons. Bus stops will be as normal on Cayuga St., between Cascadilla St. and Lincoln St. when traveling inbound toward the Ithaca Commons. TCAT, Inc.
