On Wednesday the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Investigators arrested John A. Stahl, age 50 of 9 Clinton Street in Seneca Falls. Stahl was charged with two counts of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Fourth Degree, Class C Felonies. It is alleged that Stahl sold a quantity of suboxone on two occasions in the Town of Seneca Falls. Stahl was also charged with a Violation of Felony Probation stemming from a 2014 drug arrest by the Narcotics Unit. Stahl was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court on no bail. He is to reappear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on June 1 at 5 pm.The Seneca County Probation Department and Seneca Falls Police Department assisted in the investigation and arrest.
