Seneca Falls man charged with 2 DWI’s in one night

On Wednesday May 27 at approximately 12:26 am the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jayson R. Hall, age 30 of 37 Ovid Street in Seneca Falls, for DWI following a complaint of a ATV riding through a local residence on Garden Street Extension. Officers located Hall as he was entering a local business after hours. He was found to have been operating the ATV while his ability was impaired. Hall was charged with DWI/drugs while operating an ATV, DWI common law, unlawful operating an ATV on a highway right away, and failure to display a license plate. Hall was released on traffic tickets.At approximately 4:59 am the Seneca Falls Police Department yet again arrested Jayson R. Hall for DWI following a report of a property damage motor vehicle accident on SR 5 & 20. This time, Hall was operating a 2001 Ford truck. Hall went off the road, over a curb, struck a telephone, and came rest again a guide rail. Hall was charged with DWIA-drugs, DWI common law, Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the First Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Failed to Use Designated Lane, and Speed Not Reasonable Prudent. He was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000.00 bail and $2000.00 bond.
