On Monday May 18th at approximately 3:43 pm the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 17-year-old male following a domestic dispute. The male is accused of intentionally damaging property belonging to his mother during a physical domestic with his mother in the presence of a 14 yr old and a 12 yr old. The male was charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Criminal Mischief in the 4th Degree, and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. The male was arraigned in town court and committed to SCCF on $1500 Cash/$3000 Bond and is to reappear in town court on June 4th at 5 pm to answer the charges. The name of the male is being withheld due to eligibility for youthful offender status.
