The investigation into the crash that saw a truck slam into Simeon’s restaurant in Ithaca has been closed and no additional charges are expected to be filed against the truck driver, according to Tompkins County District Attorney Gwen Wilkinson.The truck driver, Viacheslav Grychanyi, has pleaded guilty to several traffic violations and paid multiple fines but is not expected to face criminal charges, Wilkinson said.Read more for IthacaVoice.com
