According to an ESPN report, NFL Films will choose between the Houston Texans, Washington Redskins and Buffalo Bills when selecting a participant for this year’s version of HBO’s Hard Knocks.

The eligibility criteria to be featured for a season on the show are:1. Did not make the playoffs in the last two years2. Were not on the show the last 10 years3. Do not have a first-year head coachOther teams eligible under this criteria included the New York Giants, Jacksonville Jaguars, Tennessee Titans, Minnesota Vikings, Tampa Bay Buccaneers and St. Louis Rams.The Bills have a huge draw with new head coach Rex Ryan and likely wouldn’t have made the first cut without such a high profile personality to feature. Rex Ryan’s team has previously been on Hard Knocks when he was with the Jets.
