On Tuesday at 10:20 pm the Waterloo Police Department arrested Karl J Wilkins, 24 of 8 Rose Street in Geneva, for Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Harassment in the second degree, and unlicensed operator. It is alleged that Wilkins engaged in a physical altercation with an individual at a residence with a child present in the room. Over the course of the argument Wilkins damaged property and then left the scene prior to police arrival without holding a valid license.Wilkins was arraigned in the Village of Waterloo Court and was released on his own recognizance. Wilkins is scheduled to appear at a later date to answer to these charges. A Class A order of protection was issuedprotecting the individual and the child.
